20100909 Workout SOTD.

My favorite album of all time was The Southern Harmony And Musical Companion by The Black Crowes. This is one of my favorites off this album. The way this song builds is phenomenal, and as a workout song, it works.

Work Horse in Progress [WHiP].

I am a physician interested in fitness. This blog is an account of my workout routine, my diet, my fitness activities, and my thoughts about working out.
