Work Horse in Progress [WHiP].

I am a physician interested in fitness. This blog is an account of my workout routine, my diet, my fitness activities, and my thoughts about working out. I am writing this for myself, 1) so I can monitor my progress, 2) so I have the ability to go back and see what and how I was doing or what I was thinking at a particular time, and 3) as a motivation to continually work harder, do better, get stronger, and outperform myself [a whip, so to speak]. I hope that others may find it useful and/or entertaining as well, especially in their own fitness challenges. I welcome feedback. A disclaimer and copyright information is below.
