I have always loved Sheryl Crow's music. Many of her songs have been on my workout mixes over the years. This is brand new stuff, and I like it a lot.

I am a physician interested in fitness. This blog is an account of my workout routine, my diet, my fitness activities, and my thoughts about working out.
