20100821 Workout SOTD.

The original Jimi version will for sure make it to SOTD sometime. Until then, I'll have the John Mayer version, which is actually the song I listen to while working out. More Mayer to come, for sure.

I am a physician interested in fitness. This blog is an account of my workout routine, my diet, my fitness activities, and my thoughts about working out.
