20100822 Workout SOTD.

This marks the first time that a band has been represented twice in WSOTD. This is one of my favorite Switchfoot songs to listen to while working out. A great song and a great bridge. These guys are playing in Houston tonight, so in their honor, here's one of their greats.

I am a physician interested in fitness. This blog is an account of my workout routine, my diet, my fitness activities, and my thoughts about working out.
